We do not use facial recognition, biometric templates, or any other systems regulated as biometric identification technologies. We do not extract or store facial geometry or biometric identifiers.

8.3 No Training or Resale
Your uploaded media, including images or videos containing faces, is not used to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating requested content. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your media or any biometric information.

8.4 Third-Party Processing
To provide AI-powered features, uploaded media may be processed by trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf. These providers process your content solely to generate the requested outputs and automatically delete inputs and outputs after a limited retention period. According to their policy, data submitted through API requests is deleted within approximately one (1) hour.

8.5 User Control & Deletion
You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time. Uploaded media is stored only temporarily for completing your generation request and is not retained or repurposed for any other use once processing is complete.

8.6 Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your media during transmission and processing from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
