Welcome to Vidly – AI Video Creator (“the App”), operated by Apptech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

4. Credits & Payments

The App operates on a credit-based system for generating videos.

• Credits may be purchased or earned through promotions or referrals.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit policies at any time.

5. Referral Program

Users may share referral codes to earn additional credits. Referral codes:

• Can only be redeemed once per new user.
• Cannot be used on your own account.
• May be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time.

6. Content Ownership

You retain rights to any original content you upload. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content for the purpose of generating AI videos.

We retain rights to AI-generated outputs solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving our AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the App for harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt to disrupt the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
