End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Rozana

Please read this agreement carefully before using Rozana.

Agreement

This Agreement is between you ("User") and AppTech Private Limited ("Company") and governs your use of the Rozana application.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rozana for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No Account / No Data Collection

Rozana:

• Does not require user registration
• Does not collect or process personal data
• Stores all information locally on your device

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The data you enter into the app
• Backing up your data if needed
• Maintaining the security of your device

We are not responsible for loss of data due to device issues, deletion, or app removal.

Modifications

We may update or modify the Application at any time without prior notice.

No Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That the app will be error-free
• That data will never be lost
• That the app will meet all your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Device issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until you stop using the Application or uninstall it.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
