This Privacy Policy describes how Apptech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you use Lymphatic Drainage – Drayn (“the App”).

In short: the App does not collect your personal information. Your photos and measurements are created on your iPhone, stay on your iPhone, and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no sign-in and no server holding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. The App creates the following on your device only:

• Face photos — taken by you inside the App to measure puffiness. They are analysed on the device and stored in the App’s private container, not your photo library.
• Measurements — the scores derived from those photos.
• Your logs and settings — routines completed, the causes you tag, your goal and reminder time, and the answers you gave when setting up.
• Health data you choose to share — if you connect Apple Health, the App reads your sleep and cycle only, to fill in your own daily log. It never writes to Health and reads nothing else.

None of this is transmitted to us. We cannot see any of it.

2. How We Use Your Information

Entirely on your device, to: produce your puffiness score and trend, choose which routine to suggest, show your history and streak, and send the local reminder you set. There is no profiling, no advertising and no automated decision-making beyond showing you your own numbers.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share your information, because we never receive it. The App contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Two exceptions, both started by you:

• Export — you can export your data and photos to wherever you choose. What happens to them then is up to you.
• Support email — if you contact us from inside the App, the message includes your app version, iOS version, device model and locale so we can reproduce the problem. It contains no photos, scores or logs, and it is shown to you in the email before you send it.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

4. Data Retention

Your data stays on your device until you remove it. Delete everything in Profile erases every scan, photo and log from the phone permanently. Deleting the App removes them too. We hold nothing to delete.

5. Security

Photos and records are stored in the App’s private container with complete file protection, meaning they are encrypted while your device is locked. They are excluded from device backups, and iCloud sync is switched off, so they do not leave the phone through backup or sync either.

6. Your Rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete on your behalf. You have direct control: export your data at any time, or erase all of it from Profile. If you have questions, write to us.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them — or, as above, from anyone.

8. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Drayn is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its measurements describe changes in facial appearance and are not a clinical assessment. If you have swelling that does not fluctuate, lasts more than a few weeks, or concerns you, speak to a doctor.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be surfaced in the App.
